Our guest today, Karl Spievogel, knows all about this.
He got into real estate for the first time in 2000 but lost everything in 2008 because he overleveraged and bought too many properties.
In 2016, he found himself broke, with $100K in debt and no money, so he had to get creative. He got back into real estate and started acquiring deals others were afraid of.
Now, he’s an expert on finding, negotiating, and profiting off of the craziest, most profitable deals. In today’s episode, he will share some of his favorite deals he closed and explain exactly how he did it.
