Josue served three tours in the Marine Corps, was a firefighter, and built a successful real estate portfolio on the side. He has been investing since 2010 in the Boston market and is currently working on ground-up developments. Josue has a background in construction and uses his knowledge to further the success of his development projects. He currently has 19 rentals and is working on other upcoming projects.
Bryan and Josue discuss Josue’s creative and resourceful methods of developing his business that has led to his success. Josue has combined his experience in the military, which included chasing pirates, and his real estate knowledge. They explore:
