Return Policy
At House Leads, we aim to provide the highest quality seller leads for our members, which is why we allow those using our services to report invalid leads. Our members have a window of 48 hours from the time they receive a new lead to report those that are invalid. Our team will review the report, then take the necessary steps to verify its credibility.
Reported Disputes are validated and approved for the following reasons:
Mobile Home Leads
Vacant Land or Non-Residential Lead
Wholesaler Leads
Invalid Phone #
Duplicate Leads Through Us:
We will not credit duplicate leads if the original lead was obtained from an outside source.
MLS Listed Leads
If the property is listed on the MLS - we will credit.
